Balmy conditions and warm temperatures favoured the six who made up this season's best showing. Larry Burge posted a seasonal best with an improvement of over a minute (could this have been Craig's disc wheel?), likewise, Avery, no mechanicals this time. For Jean Seguin, tonight's ride was proof that his road bike afforded no advantage on the hills, while in Mike's case, his ride, a second slower than best, was just the first of three planned for the night. For the remaining two, Mike was his own timekeeper .
